Bird Hunting Facts

Q. What Time Does a Bird Hunter Get up in the Morning? A. When it is dark outside; really, really, early.

Q. Why does a bird hunter use a shotgun? A. A rifle is almost impossible to use on a flying object and, for safety reasons, you shouldn't shoot at water.

Q. What bird hunt is the most fun? A. Many people prefer the pheasant hunt, but many more people hunt ducks. The duck hunt lasts a lot longer and there are a lot more ducks than pheasants.

Q. Why are dogs so important to bird hunting? A. The dogs retrieve the birds and find the birds. It is really hard to find certain kinds of birds without a dog.
